Our coaches will hold you accountable. We track each workout to monitor your progress weekly, ensuring you stay on track. You'll receive regular check-ins for personalised support and guidance to help you achieve your goals!

You will receive a high standard of coaching. You will learn how to lift effectively. With small group sessions capped at just four people, you'll get the attention of 1-2-1 coaching combined with the energy and support of a team environment

Nutrition is a big deal, so we will provide guidance and support that aligns with your goals. You will get access to our resources in our app

Forge is a community-driven experience.
You will be part of a motivating environment where our members support and encourage each other. You will make new connections and Friends.





About Forge Gym
Forge the Training Club is a private personal training gym in West Sussex, Chichester. We wanted to fill the gap between open gyms, where you may feel lost and have no structured plan, and personal training services which come at a premium price. We aim to provide a structured and supportive environment for individuals like you to achieve their fitness goals and build a thriving community.


We offer you a FREE trial session to check the space, meet the team, and get a good feeling if whether what we offer is what you are looking for!

We will book you in for a 1 to 1 assessment with one of our coaches. During the session you will go through a physical assessment, fill out a questionaire form to tailor the programme to your level, and we will set you up on the system and our app.

Once you complete the previous steps, you will be ready to book your first session and you will recieve your plan on our app
